Tiffany Ludwicki, Naturotherapist

I live in Newfoundland with my husband, dog, cat and 2 sweet little girls. Sometimes they may challenge me, but ultimately, they are my greatest joy and they support me during times of need.

I enjoy hiking, dancing, yoga and strength training to keep me active and a variety of foods, sauna and cold showers to keep me energized and healthy. (if you ever see me walking- I’m not ignoring you, I have head phones in while listening to podcasts which teach me how to bio-hack my life!)

Although I moved away from family in Nova Scotia and Ontario (including my beautiful step daughter) over 15 years ago, I have created family and a life here that I would not change for the world! And I am so grateful for the challenges, experiences and opportunities during this time as they are what taught me confidence and shaped me into someone who was ready to take on the world.

I don’t consider what I do work because I love it so much. By sharing the techniques proven by science and methodologies proven anecdotally, I want support you so you can also “WIN” at this game of life!

I am a Registered Naturotherapist, focused on Oral Myofunctional Therapy and Health Coaching with a background in Dental Hygiene.

I received my Wellness Coaching Certification through the International Association of Wellness Professionals where I trained in a unique health philosophy called Wellness 360™ that helps people to create health and balance in all areas of their life. My myofunctional training was obtained through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy which was founded by a renowned educator in both Europe and the United States.

I developed a program based on my core philosophy of wellness which incorporates the fundamentals of health using a holistic approach by connecting the mind, body and the mouth (no temporary solution, diet or quick fix). This supports my clients to not only reach their goals but to create lasting changes in ways they enjoy.

Mind Body Mouth originated from my experience as a dental hygienist wanting to find a better way to manage chronic disease with my ill clients, along with my passion for connecting the medical and dental worlds. I never dreamed of being an entrepreneur and taking this route to help others,  it just evolved into a practice where I could help people become healthy,  energized, empowered and confident.

Why did I sacrifice 100s of hours of personal time? Why did I spend $1000s of dollars on creating this program and business? And Why did I choose to make myself vulnerable to the world?

Because of YOU! YOU are my WHY!!! I feel so good now that it would be selfish of me NOT to help you. I felt like health coaching and Mind Body Mouth were a responsibility of mine to share, to help you avoid the struggle I experienced in my wellness journey.

Your story will be different. I am just here to gift you the most valuable resource- the gift of time. Because You can get the results your looking for, without doing all the leg work to get you there.
